Voluntary support
Your support is completely voluntary. You receive no product, service, membership, or other benefit in return. This is not a purchase or a recurring payment. You choose the amount before confirming it through PayPal.
Payment confirmation
A support entry is shown on this site only after PayPal confirms the payment. If PayPal shows a payment but this site does not, please keep your PayPal transaction ID and contact us before trying again.
Refund requests
If you sent support by mistake, made a duplicate payment, or do not recognize a payment, please contact us using the contact details in your PayPal transaction. Include the transaction ID and a brief explanation. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund through PayPal. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable law or PayPal’s terms.
